The company is a national-level high-tech enterprise and is certified under the ISO three-system integration framework. It holds multiple qualifications, including locomotive driver training accredited by the National Railway Administration, government-authorized enterprise vocational skills level certification, authorization for foreign labor cooperation, and overseas investment. It is the first private railway enterprise in China to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative and the only private railway operator abroad that provides 10,000-ton train traction services.
