The company is an ISO three-standard system certification enterprise, a local railway company approved by the Railway Bureau for pre-examination training of railway locomotive and rolling stock drivers, and an "enterprise vocational skill level certification agency" approved by the Wuhan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau ". The company has the qualification of foreign labor service cooperation and enterprise overseas investment certificate. It is a private railway enterprise participating in the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative" and a private railway enterprise providing 10,000-ton train traction service for overseas railway transportation.
The service items include railway transportation organization, maintenance of railway transportation equipment, power supply in railway construction, provision of traffic command technology, etc., and at the same time undertake technical training and transportation organization of railway transportation, design of operation plan and transportation organization management.
At present, the company has undertaken the transportation and maintenance services of 9 domestic railway bureaus and local railway dedicated lines in more than 10 provinces and cities including Anhui, Shaanxi, Hebei, Shanxi, Yunnan, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Shandong, and Guangdong; undertaken 11 domestic The task of laying lines and bridges for new railway lines (including high-speed rail); undertook the professional technical training of maintenance and transportation for three enterprises in Yunnan and Shaanxi.

The overseas projects that have been completed and are under construction include: Guinea Dasan Railway, Indonesia's Yawan High-speed Railway, and the restoration and operation management of Liberia's Bang Mine Railway. At the same time, the company also provided professional training for transportation technical management personnel and locomotive crew for overseas railway projects. At the invitation of Win Alliance Group and Singapore Weili International Group, the company undertook the supervision of the first domestic 6000 horsepower diesel locomotive manufactured by Qishuyan Locomotive Factory.
