Company Introduction

Wuhan Jinshenghua Railway Locomotive Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise and an ISO-certified organization that has achieved certification under the three major international standards systems. The company holds multiple qualifications, including locomotive driver training authorized by the National Railway Administration, government-authorized enterprise vocational skills assessment and certification, foreign labor cooperation, and overseas investment. It is the first private railway enterprise in China to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative and the only private railway operator abroad that provides 10,000-ton train traction services.

The company’s core businesses include railway transport organization, equipment maintenance and repair, operation of dedicated railways, power supply, train dispatching, technical training, operational plan design, and transport management. Adhering to end-to-end safety control, standardized operations, and closed-loop risk management, the company upholds robust safety assurance capabilities and technological expertise to establish a solid operational safety baseline.

The company maintains long-term partnerships with 31 entities, including State Power Investment Corporation, China Electric Engineering Corporation, China Railway, and China Railway Construction Corporation, and has participated in the track-laying and bridge-erection projects for 45 conventional and high-speed railway lines across China, totaling approximately 10,000 kilometers in length, while also operating 18 dedicated local railway sidings.

The company has been deeply involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, completing projects such as the Da-San Railway in Guinea, the track-laying and bridge-erection work for the Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway, and the resumption of operations on Liberia’s Bong Mine Railway.
