Several Problems on "Intrusion Limit Insulation"

Several Problems about the Intrusion Limit Insulation

Intrusion limit insulation: except for the insulation of double-action turnout crossing line, the installation position of rail insulation located inside the warning mark shall not be less than 3.5m away from the warning mark. when it is necessary to install it at less than 3.5m inside the warning mark, the intrusion limit shall be considered. The situation of invasion limit insulation is relatively complicated, which should be carefully analyzed according to the plane of the station yard.

(1) When the distance between the insulation joint of a turnout section and the adjacent track section to the turnout warning mark is less than 3.5 meters, the insulation joint is intrusion insulation. As shown in fig. 1, when entering the road through the reverse position of turnout 235, the idle condition of 255DG section must be checked. Intrusion insulation related to the approach in the interlock table is marked in the track section column.

(2) The distance between the insulation joint of a turnout section and the adjacent turnout section and the turnout warning mark is less than 3.5 meters. When the turnout of the adjacent section opens through the turnout section or the adjacent turnout loses its position indication, the insulation joint is intrusion limit insulation; When the turnout does not open this section, the insulation joint is not intrusion limit insulation, that is, it is determined according to the position conditions of adjacent turnouts, this is called conditional intrusion insulation. Attach the turnout position condition mark in the track section check bar of the conditional intrusion limit insulation in the route table.

In Fig.In 2, fill in "22/24> 22DG in the track section column passing through the reverse approach of turnout 36/38, which means that the idle condition of 22DG needs to be checked when the turnout 22/24 is positioned, otherwise, the idle condition of 22DG does not need to be checked when the turnout 22/24 is reversed.

(3)The insulation at the location of the bifurcation center of the two turnouts in the middle of the crossover line is generally intrusion insulation.(as shown in Figure 3). When there is a single shunting signal at the intrusion limit insulation, when the shunting signal to the shunting signal terminal (D15 in the figure) is arranged by the turnout positioning, the approach to the reverse position of the crossover (15/17 in the figure) shall be treated as the hostile signal, and the intrusion limit insulation condition shall not be checked separately at this time; on the other hand, the adjacent section of the insulation joint shall be inspected according to the intrusion gauge through the reverse approach of another crossover turnout (11/13 in the figure).

(4) Although the track circuit of the adjacent section of the turnout section is in the conditional intrusion state, this section is a turnout section, and the adjacent turnout is treated as a protective turnout in the arrangement route. If the protective turnout is driven and locked in the specified position, the intrusion insulation will not be established. Therefore, the position of the protective turnout is mainly checked during the arrangement route, this intrusion limit insulation joint does not need to be checked during the approach, and can be regarded as a false intrusion limit.
