Project Introduction
Scope of business activities: mainly involved in railway transportation business activities. The scope involves the transportation and maintenance services of seven railway bureaus and local railway special lines in Anhui, Shaanxi, Hebei, Shanxi, Yunnan, Heilongjiang and Jiangxi provinces. It has also undertaken the task of laying lines and bridges for 11 new railway lines in China (including high-speed rail). At the same time, it will undertake professional and technical training in locomotive and transportation for three domestic enterprises in Yunnan and Shaanxi. Foreign projects have served as professional training for railway transportation technical management personnel and locomotive crew in Guinea, West Africa. In April 2021, at the invitation of Win Alliance Group and Singapore Weili International Group, our company selected senior locomotive supervisor to supervise the first domestic 6000 horsepower diesel locomotive manufactured by Qishuyan Locomotive Factory.
In the early stage of entering the railway transportation service, the company has carried out a lot of research and demonstration on the domestic railway transportation industry and railway infrastructure market, and the company's high starting point scientific and effective management methods, as well as the advanced control concept of safety assurance, in the various projects undertaken without any safety liability accidents, it has been highly recognized and praised by the State Railway Administration, China Railway Corporation and China Railway Construction and cooperation units. It is also one of the few private local railway locomotive power supply and railway transportation service integrity companies involved in railway transportation after the reform and opening up.
Due to the correct development direction of the "railway operation service" determined by the company in the early stage, the correct integrity policy of "safety and quality first", and the correct management concept of "technical guarantee" to win the market, the company's development speed exceeded expectations. The future development of the company follows the national policy of "the belt and road initiative" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. The company will create opportunities to meet challenges, fully develop and participate in overseas railway construction projects, and provide locomotive traction services as the main, supplemented by vehicle, public works, electricity, and vehicle maintenance management. At present, the overseas projects involved include the paving project of the Yawan high-speed railway line and the traction service of the 10,000-ton train of the Dasan Railway in Guinea in the early stage. Especially since 2021, it has reached cooperation intentions with a number of overseas railway projects. With the continuous expansion of the professional scope of "the belt and road initiative" cooperation, there will be more and more areas of cooperation.
