In the early stage of entering the railway transportation service, the company has carried out a lot of research and demonstration on the domestic railway transportation industry and railway infrastructure market, and the company's high starting point scientific and effective management methods, as well as the advanced control concept of safety assurance, in the various projects undertaken without any safety liability accidents, it has been highly recognized and praised by the State Railway Administration, China Railway Corporation and China Railway Construction and cooperation units. It is also one of the few private local railway locomotive power supply and railway transportation service integrity companies involved in railway transportation after the reform and opening up.
Due to the correct development direction of the "railway operation service" determined by the company in the early stage, the correct integrity policy of "safety and quality first", and the correct management concept of "technical guarantee" to win the market, the company's development speed exceeded expectations.
