On April 21, the fourth J5 driver's license pre-examination training course of Wuhan Jinhuasheng Railway Locomotive Co., Ltd. was held at Wuhan headquarters. Sixteen trainees from various project departments of the company participated in the pre-examination training. Hu Guangjin, chairman and general manager of the company, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

Wuhan Jinhuasheng Company is a local railway company recognized by the National Railway Administration and qualified for pre-examination training for railway locomotive and rolling stock drivers. Its professional technical training capabilities and training teachers have been recognized and concerned by the National Railway Administration. At present, the company has 4 full-time teachers and 12 part-time teachers. The company organized the editing and publication of "Employee Labor Safety 200 Questions", "DC Internal Combustion Driver National Examination Training Guide", "CDA5A1 AC Drive Internal Combustion Engine Speed Tutorial", "DF4B Internal Combustion Engine Circuit Analysis and Common Fault Handling" and other training materials and more than 30 safety technical standards and regulations management documents. It has played a positive role in promoting employee training and the company's standardized, standardized and refined management construction.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Hu put forward requirements on how to run the training course well: first, we should insist on hiring high-standard and high-grade teachers; second, we should adhere to the seriousness of the selection of students, and unqualified students should not participate in the training and examination.
