To implement the work plan of the District Party Committee’s Social Work Department on the “Xinxing Hui Wuchang” initiative, strengthen training for leaders of new‑economy and new‑business Party organizations, and foster exchanges and resource‑matching among enterprises within the jurisdiction, on July 24, Jiyuqiao Subdistrict officially launched the “Xinxing Hui Wuchang” program—along with a quality‑enhancement course for leaders of these Party organizations—under the theme “Seeking Cooperation, Promoting Development.” Hu Guangjin, Secretary of the Party Branch of Wuhan Jinhuasheng Railway Locomotive Co., Ltd., joined more than 40 leaders of new‑economy and new‑business Party organizations and Party‑building instructors from the area. They visited the Museum of Ethnology at Central South University and Wuhan Xingtuxinke Electronics Co., Ltd., where, through on‑site observation, short Party‑lesson sessions, and panel discussions, they systematically studied advanced practices in Party building, further broadening their vision for deepening the integration of Party building with production and business operations.

At the Shangrao Project Department, many aspiring Party members are key personnel in their respective roles, proactively stepping up to take responsibility in operations and project‑driving efforts. On the Liberia Railway Project, Party members have braved challenging overseas conditions, taking the lead and shouldering heavy responsibilities, thereby demonstrating strong political integrity. In 2025, the company achieved zero safety incidents for the entire year, with newly signed contract value exceeding RMB 45 million, and its development trajectory remains steadily positive.
