On November 20, the 2023 Wuhan Open Economic Development Special Training Course was held at the School of Economics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The main content of this training is"International risks faced by Chinese enterprises and their prevention", "interpretation of relevant policies on foreign exchange management", "cross-border e-commerce in the context of RCEP-new speed of foreign trade", etc., are taught by professors and experts from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and Alibaba International Station.

The training course is sponsored by Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce and undertaken by Wuhan Open Cooperation Promotion Center and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
