The company held its Spring Festival Gala and the 2024 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference.

On the afternoon of the 21st, the company's headquarters conference room was beautifully decorated with colorful lanterns and streamers, filled with cheerful laughter and lively conversations, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere. The company's Spring Festival Gala and the 2024 Annual Summary & Awards Ceremony were held grandly. Chairman and General Manager Hu Guangjin, along with other company leaders, attended the event, joined by representatives from all departments, project teams, and overseas subsidiaries.

At the meeting, a video was shown featuring General Manager Hu's New Year greetings, as well as group celebrations from various departments and project teams.

Hu Guangjin, Chairman and General Manager of the company, summarized the work done in 2024 and outlined the plans for 2025. Mr. Hu stated: "In 2024, despite a challenging market environment, our company achieved revenue growth and improved profitability. Throughout the year, we strengthened safety awareness, refined our safety protocols, and revamped our overall safety framework. Meanwhile, our efforts in building a robust talent pipeline yielded remarkable results, while employee training and education programs proved highly effective. We also reinforced internal management practices, successfully launched and put into operation our new-energy locomotives, and elevated our Party-building initiatives to a new level."

The overall work objectives for 2025 are: strengthen the foundation and enhance management; consolidate our market position while firmly safeguarding our bottom line. In terms of business, we will continue to develop integrated operation and maintenance projects, as well as ongoing fixed-equipment outsourcing services. For overseas projects, we must ensure an operational capacity of 1.5 million tons. Additionally, we will steadily advance the transformation of new-energy locomotives. Our goal is to solidify and expand markets, maximizing profitability in the process. On the safety front, we aim to maintain zero safety incidents throughout the year. To achieve this, we’ll rigorously enforce the safety responsibility system and more closely integrate the ISO 9000 quality management framework with production and safety operations—applying benchmarking practices across every stage of safe production. In terms of management, employee training will focus on cultivating more high-quality talent for frontline roles. We’ll also make strong progress in launching the occupational skills certification program, laying a solid foundation for nurturing specialized professionals who can contribute meaningfully to both the company and society. Furthermore, we’ll fully implement budget management and embrace digital control systems, ensuring that compensation aligns strictly with employees’ contributions. Finally, we’ll accelerate efforts to secure recognition as a high-tech enterprise. Meanwhile, the Maintenance Department will operate under independent accounting, prioritizing the seamless and reliable operation of our company’s locomotives while continuously elevating the quality of locomotive maintenance services.

At the meeting, General Manager Hu presented medals, certificates, and cash awards to six colleagues—Liangshan Port Project Team, who were honored as the Advanced Collective of 2024; and Xue Yanwen, Zhang Shuhe, Ji Xiaolei, Liu Haize, Zhou Jianhang, and Zhang Yanwei, who each received recognition as Advanced Individuals of 2024.

After the meeting, there were also a quiz with prizes and a lucky draw event.
