Wuhan Jinhuasheng and Liangshan Port Achieve Abundant Collaborative Successes, Jointly Setting a New Benchmark for Dedicated Rail Transport Services

Since September 2023, Wuhan Jinhuasheng Railway Locomotive Co., Ltd. has officially partnered with Jining Port & Shipping Group Liangshan Port Co., Ltd. to provide locomotive traction services, yielding remarkable collaborative results. Relying on its outstanding operational management and continuous technological innovation, Jinhuasheng has successfully established this project as a leading benchmark for locomotive traction services, earning high praise repeatedly from both the client and railway authorities.
From the very beginning of the project, Wuhan Jinhuasheng immediately allocated its best resources: carefully selecting the high-performance DF4B locomotive No. 0130, assembling an experienced and professional team, and providing in-depth training on Liangshan Port’s corporate culture and operational standards. These solid, well-planned measures have laid a robust foundation for efficient and stable operations moving forward.
In 2024, the entire staff of the Liangshan Port Project Department worked together seamlessly and stepped up to the challenge, helping the port successfully complete its annual production targets two months ahead of schedule—and earning well-deserved recognition from Liangshan Port. Notably, from May 24 to 25 of the same year, the project team set a new operational record by handling 27 train arrivals and departures and processing 2,057 vehicles within just 24 hours. This achievement effectively eased transportation pressures in the region and earned written praise from the Liaocheng Vehicle Section of Liangshan North Station under China Railway Jinan Bureau Group. The letter of commendation specifically highlighted the Jinhua Sheng team’s spirit of "selfless dedication and tenacious perseverance," praising their exceptional professional expertise for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of railway operations.
In terms of technological innovation, Jinhuasheng has taken the lead in the industry by introducing new-energy locomotives into operations at Liangshan Port. Following the successful deployment of the LE1001 new-energy trial locomotive, China's first 6-axle, high-power new-energy locomotive—the LE62006—was also put into service at Liangshan Port in 2024. Through scientific adjustments and optimized scheduling, the project team quickly leveraged the locomotive's outstanding efficiency and energy-saving benefits, providing strong support for Liangshan Port's vision to become a "green, intelligent, standardized, and modernized" port—and helping to establish a pioneering demonstration project for green, low-carbon railway dedicated lines.
