Nanjing Railway Station Expected to Send 2.365 million Passengers

Reporters learned from Nanjing Railway Station that the transportation period for the National Day Golden Week in 2021 is from September 28 to October 8, totaling 11 days. Nanjing Railway Station is expected to send 2.365 million passengers, an average of 215000 passengers per day, equivalent to 95.5 in the same period in 2020. Among them, Nanjing Station is expected to send 637000 passengers and Nanjing South Station is expected to send 1.544 million passengers. On October 1, Nanjing Railway Station will usher in the peak of passenger travel during the National Day Golden Week, with 280000 passengers expected to be sent throughout the day.

In order to meet the travel needs of passengers, the Nanjing Railway Station will open 42 pairs of passenger trains in Xuzhou, Anqing, Hefei, Hangzhou, Shanghai, northern Jiangsu, Hankou and other places, including 24 passenger trains.
