On August 18, 2025, the first vocational skills certification training class hosted by Wuhan Jinhuasheng Railway Locomotive Co., Ltd. officially kicked off. This marks the launch of Hubei Province's first privately-owned railway enterprise certified as an official, officially authorized institution for vocational skills assessment, providing a new, standardized platform for talent development in the industry.

That morning, a brief opening ceremony was held at Jinhuasheng's Wuhan headquarters. In November 2023, Jinhuasheng successfully passed the assessment by the Wuhan Municipal Vocational Skill Appraisal and Guidance Center and was approved as a vocational skill level certification body. All five core trades it applied for—such as railway station train operation personnel—received approval for their appraisal qualifications. This marks an official recognition of Jinhuasheng's expertise. More importantly, the vocational skill level certificates issued by Jinhuasheng are fully compatible and mutually recognized within the national system, carrying the same validity as national-level professional qualification certificates. This not only provides strong support for employees' career development but also lays a solid foundation of skilled talent, ensuring safe production operations for the company.
